Art Africa, July 2013:
The Peace Project & TheWhole9.com announce the world’s largest collaborative art project with this year’s theme of Peace, Love & Understanding. Since its inception just three years ago, 2,000 artists from over 50 countries worldwide have participated in this Call for Artists and joined hands to do their art for peace.
This unique collaboration between the international creative community, TheWhole9.com social networking site and The Peace Project has already helped to change tens of thousands of lives in Sierra Leone, Africa.

Proceeds from the art contest will fund this initiative as well One Wednesdays, a Peace Project program that provides meals and other services to Culver City’s homeless.
